Thinking of a used NSX?
Videos talks about getting a used automatic transmission NSX because they're more moderately driven and then swapping in a manual transmission. A properly maintained NSX will last more than 15-20 years! Since the body is made out of aluminum, you shouldn't have rusting problems. According to Honda/Acura, the body should last more than 30 years, and the engine gets better after 50,000 kilometers!
